Directions
1. Place mouthguard in hot water for 30 seconds, remove the mouthguard with a spoon. 2. Place mouthguard in your mouth and bite down gently for 30 seconds. 3. Remove and place under cold, running water for 30 seconds. 4. Place back in mouth and test for a tight fit. Repeat process if it is not the perfect fit.
