Hold the it between your thumb and index finger, with the bristled end facing away from you. Gently insert the tapered end of the BrushPick into the space between two teeth. Angle the it slightly to reach the gum line. Gently brush back and forth to dislodge particles. Move on to the next interdental space and repeat the process until all areas are cleaned. Rinse it with water after each use and discard it properly.
