For those who prefer an extra kick with their cup of David Rio Chai, we have added quality espresso from Brazilian coffee to black tea enlivened with the taste of organic spices, including ginger, clove, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, and a touch of black pepper.We were inspired by India?s ?chai wallahs,? who for centuries brewed chai from black tea and real spices, and then added milk and honey to the final preparation.
