The restaurant served hungry patrons with an eclectic taste for the international food experience. It was a happy place for Holly to introduce authentic Vietnamese dishes. Daily specialties include pho, banh mi, grilled meat, and curry dishes. Since then, the restaurant has been passed on to another member. In 2020, Holly decided to bottle up the sauce and introduced PhaSauce. It’s a Vietnamese restaurant-flavored marinade. It was well-received with repeated customers.
