Steps for Instructions:

• Install batteries.
• Remove clothing from the wrist area.
• Rest for several minutes prior to testing. Wrap the cuff around the left wrist.
• Sit in a comfortable position and place wrist level with the heart.
• Sit up straight, relax and press the Start button to start the measurement.
