The history of MielZana MR dates to the 70s. Mr. Guillermo González Salazar, a Chemical and Agricultural Engineer, devised a new way to cater the delightful flavor of apples to the consumers. We are from the “Papigochic Valley” or the "place where the long-beaked bird lives," In Tarahumara dialrect, where nowadays stands a city named Ciudad Guerrero, in the Chihuahua State, surrounded by apple orchards. Our syrup is made from carefully selected apples that we forage in the Valley throughout the year. MielZana is a purely handmade apple syrup. It is a product unlike any other because it brings together diverse qualities of apples in a bottle. MielZana is manufactured in Ciudad Guerrero in Chihuahua, Mexico, a municipality of Guerrero in the northwest of the State of Chihuahua, the largest apple-producing area in Mexico.
