Steps for Instructions:
- Preparation Before Measurement: Remove the jewelry from your hand, do not eat, drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages, smoke, do exercise or take a bath for 30 minutes prior to taking a measurement
- Tighten the Cuff Properly: Wrap the cuff around your wrist, attaching it to itself with the hook-and-loop fastener. The display needs to be on your inner wrist, as your pulse is strongest there
- Rest Wrist at Heart Level: For an accurate reading, place your wrist on a pillow or similar. The monitor should be the same level with your heart for the best reading
- Start the Measurement: Sit up straight, relax and press the Start button to start the measurement
