This product has a Pre-Seasoning. At the beginning some foods, such as arepas, tortillas and eggs, may stick a bit. This is okay, it’s part of the gradual seasoning process. But on the first meals, use extra oil, or cook fatty meals, like bacon, to re-enforce the seasoning. Do not overheat, you can damage the seasoning; it will become stronger and more non-stick with every use. The most important thing to do is cook with it often, clean it, and care it putting a bit of oil before storage.
