Create 3 styles of mustards (Tangy Horseradish, Sweet & Spicy Beer and Honey Mustard) with this gourmet kit .Employ traditional methods in conjunction with recipes from Mayer Farms as you make delicious mustards and sauces. Kit contains two 4oz round jars, ingredients such as cider vinegar and mustard seeds and powder, and complete instructions. You supply ingredients such as honey, cinnamon, garlic powder and clove (not included). For ages 14+ (adult supervision recommended).

Built in 1830 the Mayers’ Cider Mill has been around. Bought in 1865 by Harvey Mayer and later by his son Donut Mayer, the Donut was invented. Donut Mayer Jr sold the Cidery to David Bower and he has run it since with his Sons, Pressing Cider and making donuts the same way Sr. did. As each son joined the firm, new aspects were added to the business: home wine making kits, wine presses, grinders, bottles, corks, and all the DIY ‘do it yourself’ materials necessary for making wine.
