It has a decadent aroma with the tastes of rich chocolate and hints of coconut. Absolutely delicious. Our German Chocolate Cake is a medium roast, coffee and is made from 100% Specialty Grade 1 Arabica Coffee Beans (Top 2% of Arabica Grown in the World) and crafts the perfect chocolate & coconut flavored coffee brew – without the bitterness. This chocolate & coconut flavored coffee is perfect for those looking for a smooth & mellow start to your morning (or an amazing after-dinner dessert). Using our Air Roasting Process – the beans are roasted with hot air (almost like popcorn) – which allows them to be roasted perfectly, consistently and balanced – each and everytime. At Door County Coffee, we only roast Specialty Grade 1 Arabica Coffee – otherwise recognized as the Top 1-2% in the world! Unlike the larger national roasters, we roast our coffee using air roasting technology. Which is similar to cooking popcorn, as the hot air roasts the coffee.
